Progressive Design Collaborative, Ltd. (PDC Engineers) was established in 1975 as an employee-owned collaborative and remains as such today. Our pioneering mission was to provide efficient and coordinated consulting engineering services. While focused primarily on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Design, the firm and its members are also engaged in Utility Engineering, Site Planning, Construction Administration, Energy Management and Auditing, Solar Integration, Technology, and Security. Since our inception, we have been practicing efficiency and conservation in our designs.
Our staff consists of Registered Professional Engineers, Engineered System Designers, Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technicians, and Internal Systems and Management Professionals. Several of our staff are accredited professionals in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). Our diverse backgrounds equip us with a broad range of experience and expertise covering the spectrum of building types and engineered systems. Our engineered systems are designed to function effectively and efficiently, seamlessly, be of enduring quality, and require minimal maintenance and resources.
